Koalas enjoyed building a range of different electric circuits in science this week. First, we looked at circuit diagrams and had to predict whether or not they were complete or incomplete. We then built the circuits to test our predictions. If the bulb lit up we knew the circuit was complete.

Bears have been learning about the Blue whale. We have learnt that a baby calf weighs the same as an average man and that whales do not have teeth instead they have 2 large combs. The fact book we read told us that a blue whale can measure 33 metres long, so Bears went out into the garden and measured this using a metre ruler.
